HERE'S HOW WE GET PAID

We enter into a listing agreement with you - allowing us to market the property. Most of the time, we're going to expose the property to the market by putting it on the MLS. If the property is poor condition, we'll discuss if it makes sense to skip the MLS and market the property to multiple investors.
